Senior Accountant

About the role

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Senior Accountant to join its Saudi Arabia finance team. Reporting to the KSA Finance Director, the role will act as a Business Partner to local leadership, supporting the delivery of large‑scale infrastructure, real‑estate and natural‑resource projects.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver accurate month‑end management accounts, financial reports and forecasts.
• Produce project profitability analyses, revenue trackers, work‑in‑progress (WIP) reports and balance‑sheet reconciliations.
• Support ad‑hoc reporting, variance commentary and annual statutory audit activities.
• Assist with the annual budgeting process and budget submissions.
• Process general‑ledger journal entries for both income‑statement and balance‑sheet items.
• Manage client invoicing on critical timelines.

Required profile

• Qualified accountant with a minimum of 5 years post‑qualification experience.
• Proven experience preparing management accounts, forecasts and project accounting.
• Strong business‑partnering abilities and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently under pressure and manage conflicting priorities.
• Preferably based in KSA with experience in a multinational consultancy or construction environment.
