Senior Accountant (up to SAR 8k package)

About the role

The Senior Accountant will oversee the full spectrum of accounts receivable, cash management and treasury reporting. This role is critical for ensuring accurate cash flow forecasting and supporting month‑end closing activities within a real‑estate/property development environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage accounts receivable, including invoicing, receipt allocation, customer reconciliations and monitoring outstanding balances.
• Track collections and ageing, follow up on overdue payments and report collection status and risks.
• Maintain daily cash positions, bank balances and liquidity, providing accurate treasury reporting.
• Prepare cash‑flow and collection forecasts, comparing expected receipts against actual collections.
• Perform bank and AR reconciliations, resolve discrepancies and support month‑end closing and management reporting.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• 5–7 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably covering AR, collections, treasury and cash management.
• Professional certifications such as ACCA, CPA or CMA are an advantage.
• Experience in real‑estate/property development and handling customer installment/payment plans is strongly preferred.
