Senior Accounts Receivable Accountant

About the role

The Senior Accounts Receivable Accountant supports invoicing, payment processing, and account reconciliation to ensure timely collection of outstanding payments and maintain accurate financial records.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and issue customer invoices accurately and on time.
• Apply incoming payments to customer accounts and document all transactions.
• Monitor customer accounts for non‑payment, delays, and irregularities; conduct collection activities via phone or email.
• Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger and support month‑end closing with AR reports.
• Resolve billing discrepancies and respond promptly to customer inquiries.
• Maintain organized financial records and collaborate with sales and customer service teams to address account issues.
