Senior Active Directory & Exchange Administrator

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Active Directory & Exchange Administrator to manage and optimise our Microsoft identity and messaging infrastructure for a large‑scale enterprise environment in Khobar, Saudi Arabia.

Key responsibilities

• Administer Windows Active Directory, including object maintenance, security, backup and restoration.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues across AD, Exchange Server (on‑prem and Microsoft 365), PKI and ADFS.
• Maintain Windows Server (2012‑2025) domain controllers, apply patches and perform version migrations.
• Configure and manage PKI environments, including ADCS, Microsoft CA and DigiCert.
• Oversee Exchange mail flow, mailbox quotas, SMTP, OWA, ActiveSync and migration activities.
• Utilise PowerShell and GUI tools for automation and reporting.

Required profile

• 10+ years of hands‑on experience with Microsoft Active Directory and Exchange administration.
• Proven experience in large enterprise environments (5+ years).
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field.
• Relevant Microsoft certifications (e.g., Microsoft 365, Azure Administrator, Exchange Online Support Engineer).
