Senior Airport Services Agent (Riyadh)

About the role

Emirates is seeking a Senior Airport Services Agent to deliver high‑quality service to passengers at check‑in, boarding, special services, baggage handling, ticket desk and the Emirates Lounge in Riyadh. The role ensures compliance with commercial, safety and security policies while maintaining a friendly and efficient customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage check‑in, boarding, special services and baggage operations, prioritising premium customers and ensuring timely flight departures.
• Oversee Emirates Chauffeur service, coordinate with the drive company and assist eligible passengers on arrival and departure.
• Handle missing or damaged baggage cases, liaise with GHA and keep premium customers informed.
• Assist with excess baggage, visa issues, and implement the ‘Options’ scheme for delays or denied boarding.
• Prepare pre‑ and post‑flight documentation, flight briefs and statistical reports.
• Cover check‑in supervisor absences, supervise contracted staff, and ensure lounge, catering, cleaning and maintenance standards.
• Perform ticketing and reservation duties, issue tickets, EMD, EBT, process fare changes and credit‑card verification.

Required profile

• Minimum O‑level or equivalent education.
• At least 3 years of airline industry experience, preferably in ground handling or reservations.
• Completed professional training in Customer Services, Ground Operations and Ticketing.
• Right to live and work in Saudi Arabia.

Required skills

• Knowledge of a Departure Control System.
• Knowledge of a Computerized Reservation System.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
