Senior Analyst, Crewing

About the role

The Senior Analyst, Crewing acts as the Crewing Officer and focal point for the POSH Saudi fleet based in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. This role oversees end‑to‑end crewing operations, ensuring that international crew are ready, compliant and efficiently mobilised to meet vessel schedules.

Key responsibilities

• Liaise with Crew Managers and the Crew Head to guarantee crew line‑up aligns with vessel schedules.
• Prepare and submit Aramco documentation (PAL / FAL) and verify that all joining crew hold valid certificates, training, visas, work passes and IDs.
• Manage the full crew mobilisation cycle, including sign‑on, sign‑off, repatriation flights and updates to crew profiles in the COMPAS system.
• Coordinate pre‑joining briefings with agents and shore teams for Indian and international crew.
• Work closely with the Payroll Team to ensure timely payment of wages and crew claims.
• Conduct crew briefing and debriefing sessions to maintain engagement.
• Maintain crewing records and transactions in COMPAS, SAP, ESKER and Purchase Order systems.
• Perform any additional crewing‑related duties assigned by the Business Unit.

Required profile

• Proven experience in marine crew management and offshore vessel operations.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and organisational abilities.
• Sound knowledge of international crewing regulations, including Flag State requirements, STCW Convention, ILO standards and MLC 2006.
• Positive, proactive attitude with a collaborative, multicultural team orientation.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple crew movements simultaneously.
