Senior Architect (Hospitality, Mixed-Use, Airports)

About the role

The Senior Architect will lead the design and technical development of high‑profile, complex projects across hospitality, mixed‑use, airport and luxury residential sectors. Working closely with multidisciplinary teams, the role demands innovative, sustainable solutions and advanced BIM expertise to deliver coordinated, high‑quality designs from concept through construction documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Lead architectural design for complex, multi‑sector projects, producing concept, schematic, detailed and construction documents.
• Coordinate with structural, MEP, landscape, interior design, BIM and project management teams, reviewing and approving deliverables.
• Drive BIM modelling in Autodesk Revit, ensure compliance with BIM Execution Plans, and manage multidisciplinary coordination using Navisworks and Autodesk Construction Cloud.
• Participate in design presentations, client workshops and technical meetings, addressing design challenges while maintaining schedules.
• Mentor junior architects, promote design innovation, and support value‑engineering initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (Master’s preferred) with at least 15 years of relevant experience.
• Proven track record delivering hospitality, luxury hotel, mixed‑use, airport and high‑end residential projects, preferably in the Middle East.
• Experience in an international engineering consultancy or architectural design firm.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating concept to IFC documentation across all project phases.

Required skills

• Advanced Autodesk Revit modelling.
• Proficiency with Navisworks for clash detection and model coordination.
• Experience using Autodesk Construction Cloud for digital delivery.
• Solid understanding of BIM processes and standards.
