Senior Architect

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Architect to lead and deliver mixed‑use commercial and residential projects in Saudi Arabia. The role requires deep expertise in engineering consultancy environments and a strong command of local building regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate project approvals with the Royal Commission, municipal authorities and other regulatory bodies.
• Ensure full compliance with the Saudi Building Code, Wadi Hanifa regulations, Sports Boulevard requirements and Urban Identity Guidelines.
• Lead BIM implementation and multidisciplinary coordination using advanced Revit capabilities.
• Oversee design development for mixed‑use commercial and residential developments.

Required profile

• 7–10 years of relevant architectural experience.
• Strong background in engineering consultancy firms.
• Possession of a valid SCE Certificate.
• Thorough knowledge of Saudi Building Code and local authority regulations.
• Proven experience with Wadi Hanifa, Sports Boulevard and Urban Identity guidelines.
• Experience working with the Royal Commission and municipal authorities.

Required skills

• Advanced BIM capabilities.
• Proficiency in Revit for multidisciplinary coordination.
