Senior Asset & Maintenance Manager (Consultant)

About the role

The Senior Asset & Maintenance Manager (Consultant) will provide strategic and technical expertise to optimise asset performance and maintenance efficiency across our Facility Management operations. Based at the Riyadh headquarters, the role focuses on reducing lifecycle costs, ensuring compliance with international standards, and delivering high‑impact consulting services to clients.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement asset management and maintenance strategies aligned with organisational goals.
• Conduct asset condition assessments, lifecycle analyses, and maintenance audits for FM projects.
• Design and oversee preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programmes.
• Advise senior management on asset replacement, refurbishment, and capital investment planning.
• Lead asset performance evaluations, identify cost‑optimisation opportunities, and monitor KPIs.
• Support implementation and continuous improvement of Asset Management Systems and CMMS/CAFM platforms.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 55001, contractual obligations and relevant regulations.
• Provide technical guidance, mentoring and risk assessments to maintenance teams and engineers.
• Participate in business development, proposals and client presentations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Facilities Management, Asset Management or related field (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum 12 years of experience in Asset Management, Maintenance Management or Facilities Management.
• Professional certifications such as ISO 55001, CMRP, CRL, PMP are highly desirable.
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams and deliver consulting assignments.
