Senior Associate Corporate Transactions & Advisory

About the role

Clifford Chance is seeking a Senior Associate to join its Corporate Transactions & Advisory team in Saudi Arabia. You will work on high‑profile, cross‑border deals and provide comprehensive legal advice to leading international and regional clients.

Key responsibilities

• Advise on public and private M&A, disposals, demergers, joint ventures and restructurings.
• Draft and negotiate high‑value commercial contracts.
• Collaborate with antitrust specialists on merger‑control matters.
• Work closely with finance, capital‑markets, litigation, tax, pensions, employment and real‑estate experts to deliver integrated solutions.
• Support corporate governance, regulatory compliance, intellectual‑property and technology advisory matters.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of post‑qualification experience in corporate law.
• Demonstrated experience in complex, cross‑border transactions.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi law and regulatory frameworks.
• Qualified lawyer able to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
