Senior Associate Project Manager

About the role

The Senior Associate Project Manager plays a key role in managing and delivering client engagements within Beyond. The role takes ownership of project planning and execution, leads project teams and ensures delivery within scope, time and budget, working closely with clients, stakeholders and internal teams. It also contributes to PMO development and drives innovation in project delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and support project scoping and planning, including objectives, deliverables, plans and schedules.
• Manage project teams by assigning tasks, monitoring performance and using resources efficiently.
• Serve as primary client contact, giving regular updates and maintaining strong relationships.
• Oversee project documentation such as plans, budgets and status reports.
• Identify, track and mitigate risks and issues, and implement solutions promptly.
• Deliver high-quality outputs aligned with client expectations and collaborate with senior leadership on strategic goals.
• Support the PMO in governance frameworks, standardized methodologies and reporting dashboards.
• Drive innovation through new tools, techniques and technologies such as automation, BI dashboards and AI-driven solutions.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Engineering or a related field; Master's preferred.
• Professional project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent) is required.
• 4-6 years of proven project management experience, ideally in a management consultancy, PMO or professional services environment.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
• Experience in PMO functions (governance, reporting, portfolio management) and exposure to innovative delivery practices.

Required skills

• Solid knowledge of project management methodologies, frameworks and tools.
• Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong leadership, analytical and problem-solving skills, and excellent communication with senior executives and stakeholders.
