Senior Business Analyst – Business Analysis Consultant (Riyadh)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Business Analysis Consultant to support a major technology and transformation engagement with a leading Saudi government entity. The role sits within the Business Technology function and will drive technology initiatives through requirements management, process analysis, solution design, and user acceptance testing.

Key responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, document, and manage business and stakeholder requirements throughout their lifecycle.
• Map and model current‑state and future‑state business processes.
• Conduct gap analysis and identify opportunities for process improvement.
• Develop and maintain Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) and related documentation.
• Collaborate with development, business, and enterprise architecture teams to support solution design.
• Document system dependencies and ensure requirements align with proposed solutions.
• Support development and implementation teams throughout project delivery.
• Assist with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and validate that delivered solutions meet approved requirements.
• Prepare regular reports on requirements status, risks, progress, and recommendations.
• Facilitate stakeholder discussions and translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements.

Required profile

• 6+ years of experience in Business Analysis or Information Systems.
• Evidence of participation in at least five similar business analysis, digital transformation, or enterprise systems projects (e.g., ERP/GRP).
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of the Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Practical knowledge of quality assurance and UAT practices.
• Experience with business analysis and requirements documentation tools.
• Understanding of enterprise architecture and project management principles.
• Excellent written and spoken English and Arabic.
• Previous experience in business analysis within the financial sector and regulated environments.
