Senior Business Planning Engineer

About the role

The Senior Business Planning Engineer will lead the creation, alignment, and execution of annual business plans for the unit, ensuring that technical and operational objectives are met. This role coordinates committees, drives performance monitoring through dashboards, and provides actionable insights for senior leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate annual business planning activities, translating goals into detailed initiatives with clear priorities, responsibilities, and timelines.
• Support review of sales, resource, and financial budgets, validating data to ensure consistency with overall plans.
• Manage cross‑functional committees, preparing agendas, recording minutes, and tracking action items to guarantee timely execution.
• Develop and maintain dashboards that visualize plan progress, KPIs, and performance trends for stakeholders.
• Analyze performance metrics, flag deviations, and recommend corrective actions to keep plans on track.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
• 4–6 years of experience in business planning, budgeting, or performance monitoring within an industrial environment.
• Proven ability to work with cross‑functional teams, manage committees, and produce clear documentation.
