Senior Cargo Account Executive – Dammam

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Cargo Account Executive to join Qatar Airways Cargo’s sales team in Dammam. The role focuses on managing and growing relationships with key freight forwarder accounts, driving revenue while controlling cost of sale.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain long‑term strategic relationships with top local and global freight forwarders and shippers.
• Prepare and execute account development plans to achieve short‑, medium‑ and long‑term mutual benefits.
• Contribute to QR Cargo sales strategy, prioritising high‑yield opportunities and profitability.
• Analyse sales data, identify tactical revenue opportunities and drive account performance.
• Coordinate projects and initiatives within the assigned area of responsibility.
• Provide market intelligence, customer and competitor feedback to the department.
• Represent QR Cargo at trade events, promotions and sales functions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in cargo airline sales or related field.
• Proven negotiation experience with freight forwarders.
• Strong influencing skills to work with internal and external customers.
• Fluent English communication skills.
