Senior Civil Project Manager (Construction)

About the role

NEAM Real Estate Investment & Development is seeking a Senior Civil Project Manager to lead the delivery of civil and structural works for a residential compound in Jeddah. The role involves overseeing the project from mobilization through hand‑over, ensuring schedule, cost, quality and compliance with local regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Direct the full execution of civil works, including earthworks, foundations, utilities and structural elements.
• Manage the main contractor, subcontractors and on‑site consultants, coordinating daily activities and progress.
• Own the project schedule, cost control, variations and claims, reporting status to senior management.
• Review and approve shop drawings, method statements and material submittals.
• Ensure compliance with the Saudi Building Code, REGA and municipal requirements.
• Identify and mitigate risks, and provide timely decisions to keep the project on track.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Membership in the Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) – required.
• 8–12 years of project management experience, with at least 5 years leading residential projects in Saudi Arabia.
• Fluent Arabic and good working English.
• PMP certification – required.
• Saudi nationals preferred; residents welcome to apply.

Required skills

• Strong command of Primavera P6 or MS Project for scheduling.
• Practical experience with FIDIC contracts, Bills of Quantities (BOQs) and claims management.
• PMP certification.
