Senior Consultant – Supply Chain & Logistics (3PL/4PL)

About the role

Based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia or Dubai, UAE, the Senior Consultant will lead end‑to‑end research, consulting and advisory engagements across supply chain, logistics, 3PL/4PL and contract logistics. The role combines strategic advisory with client‑facing delivery, executive communication and implementation support.

Key responsibilities

• Lead engagements from origination through delivery, implementation and closure, ensuring measurable client outcomes.
• Translate scope into integrated delivery plans with clear workstreams, milestones, budgets and governance.
• Conduct primary research and convert market, regulatory and technology intelligence into strategic recommendations.
• Develop supply chain strategies, network designs, commercial models and KPI frameworks.
• Act as senior client lead, steering governance forums, resolving escalations and securing decisions.

Required profile

• 8‑10+ years in management or strategy consulting, supply chain/logistics advisory, or consulting‑led 3PL/4PL projects.
• Strong GCC/Middle East consulting experience with knowledge of Saudi and UAE market dynamics.
• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics, engineering or related field; MBA or master’s preferred.
• Proven ability to structure ambiguous problems, synthesize data and deliver commercially actionable recommendations.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with supply chain analytics, visualisation, modelling and specialist planning tools.
• Familiarity with logistics technologies such as transport management systems, warehouse management systems, visibility platforms, control towers, automation and integration solutions.
