About the role
The Senior Contracting Representative will lead the procurement and management of service contracts, ensuring alignment with Petro Rabigh’s policies and strategic objectives.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare, conclude, and maintain contractual procurement of services in line with company policies.
- Manage processing of RFQs, service purchase orders, bid evaluation and release orders.
- Perform contractor cost estimations as required by end users.
- Monitor contract performance against budget, schedule and KPIs, providing corrective actions.
- Ensure contractor quality and efficiency meet service performance levels.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Engineering or Law.
- Fluent in English and Arabic with strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Minimum 9 years of contracting experience in the Oil & Gas / Petrochemical sector.
- Understanding of ERP systems, preferably SAP.
