Senior Corporate Accountant

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Corporate Accountant to join a well‑established organization in Riyadh. The role involves managing financial records, ensuring compliance with IFRS and local regulations, and supporting strategic financial decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, review and maintain accurate financial statements in line with applicable accounting standards.
• Oversee general ledger, month‑end and year‑end closing processes.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi tax laws, local regulatory requirements and internal controls.
• Coordinate with external auditors and support audit activities.
• Produce financial reports, variance analyses and management dashboards.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting and cash‑flow management.
• Monitor accounts payable, accounts receivable and fixed‑asset accounting.
• Identify and implement improvements to accounting processes and controls.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field; CPA, CMA or equivalent is a plus.
• Minimum 6 years of corporate accounting experience, preferably in a mid‑to‑large organization.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and Saudi regulatory requirements.
• Proven track record of managing month‑end close and financial reporting cycles.
• High attention to detail with strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with cross‑functional teams.
