Senior Cyber Security Consultant (Saudi Arabia)

About the role

Immersive Labs is seeking a Senior Cyber Security Consultant to join its Customer Success team in Saudi Arabia. You will act as the technical champion for the Immersive One platform, guiding customers from pre‑sale through post‑sale engagements across the METNA region.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with the Enterprise Sales team to conduct proof‑of‑value sessions and secure technical wins.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with key customers, driving business outcomes and platform adoption.
• Act as the primary contact for strategic accounts, ensuring continuous engagement and long‑term success.
• Lead programmatic initiatives to enhance cyber workforce resilience and promote the latest platform features.
• Provide industry and operational expertise to simplify customers’ cyber resilience journeys.

Required profile

• Several years of experience across the full cybersecurity customer lifecycle, including pre‑sales, post‑sales, and professional services.
• Proven ability to work closely with sales teams and senior stakeholders.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Senior‑level expertise in cybersecurity concepts and solutions.
