Senior Engineering & Operations Roles – Mining (Saudi Arabia)

About the role

We are supporting a large, long‑term mining and minerals organisation in Saudi Arabia that is expanding its technical and operations teams across Northern Saudi Arabia and Ras Al Khair. The campaign targets senior engineers and specialists who will lead critical projects in mining, processing, reliability and plant operations.

Key responsibilities

• Design, optimise and supervise mining and beneficiation processes.
• Lead reliability and asset‑integrity programmes for high‑value equipment.
• Develop and manage ammonia and other process engineering projects.
• Provide electrical, mechanical and planning engineering support for new and existing facilities.
• Oversee production, operations and turnaround activities to ensure safe, efficient output.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience in mining, minerals processing, fertilizers, petrochemicals or large‑scale process plants.
• Willingness to relocate internationally and work onsite in Saudi Arabia.
• Strong track record of delivering projects in a technical or operational capacity.
