Senior Enterprise Reporting Specialist

About the role

The Senior Enterprise Reporting Specialist supports enterprise reporting by consolidating, analysing and presenting organisational performance information. The role ensures that management reports and dashboards are accurate, timely and aligned with strategic and operational requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and consolidate periodic enterprise performance reports and dashboards.
• Coordinate reporting inputs from business units and maintain standardized reporting templates, schedules and guidelines.
• Conduct trend, variance and comparative analyses to identify performance gaps and translate data into clear insights for management.
• Review and validate reported data for accuracy, completeness and consistency, and resolve data‑quality issues with business units.
• Support management meetings with reports, presentations and performance updates, and follow up on reporting actions.
• Improve reporting processes, develop automated dashboards and use business‑intelligence tools to enhance efficiency and visibility.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• 6–10 years of experience in enterprise reporting, business intelligence or performance analytics.
• Proven ability to work with business units to ensure data quality and deliver actionable insights.
