Senior Flutter Developer – FinTech Mobile Apps

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Flutter Developer to lead the creation of secure, scalable mobile applications for the fintech and banking sector. The role involves designing high-quality solutions, ensuring regulatory compliance, and mentoring junior team members.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement mobile applications using Flutter and Dart following Clean Architecture and MVVM patterns.
• Integrate RESTful APIs, GraphQL services, and payment gateways while maintaining PCI-DSS compliance.
• Implement security features such as encryption, secure storage, token management, and biometric authentication.
• Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines with tools like GitHub Actions, Bitrise, or Jenkins.
• Collaborate with backend teams on microservice-based architectures and banking APIs.
• Write comprehensive unit, widget, and integration tests to ensure code quality.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to code reviews and best-practice guidelines.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of professional software development experience.
• At least 3 years of hands‑on experience with Flutter and Dart.
• Proven track record of delivering production‑grade fintech or banking applications.
• Strong understanding of financial regulations, KYC/AML processes, and fraud prevention mechanisms.
