Senior FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis) Analyst

About the role

Hala is seeking an experienced Senior FP&A Analyst to join its Group FP&A team in Riyadh. The role will support budgeting, forecasting, reporting automation and the rollout of Oracle EPM while acting as a trusted finance partner across the business.

Key responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting and periodic forecasting cycles in partnership with business unit stakeholders.
• Prepare monthly management reports, variance analysis and commentary for senior leadership.
• Build, maintain and enhance financial models to aid business planning and decision‑making.
• Identify and implement automation opportunities, including AI tools, to streamline reporting.
• Support the implementation and ongoing use of Oracle EPM for planning processes.
• Extract, analyse and present financial and operational data using SQL/BI tools.
• Provide ad‑hoc financial analysis and business cases for strategic initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience in FP&A or financial analysis within fintech, payments or fast‑moving startups.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills in English.
• Highly analytical, detail‑oriented and comfortable handling large data sets.
• Self‑motivated, proactive and eager to drive process improvements.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel (complex formulas, financial modelling, pivot tables).
• SQL for data extraction and analysis.
• Reporting automation experience.
• Oracle EPM or similar planning system.
• Use of AI tools to accelerate financial analysis and reporting.
