Senior Integration Specialist – ServiceNow & Enterprise Integrations

About the role

Ameera Talent Solutions is hiring two Senior Integration Specialists in Riyadh to design, build and maintain complex enterprise integrations. The role requires strong integration architecture expertise and hands‑on delivery experience, with an immediate start.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain integrations between enterprise applications, platforms and third‑party systems.
• Build secure, scalable integration solutions using APIs, middleware and data‑exchange technologies.
• Analyse integration requirements, define technical specifications and interface designs.
• Implement monitoring, logging, exception handling and data validation.
• Troubleshoot integration failures, performance bottlenecks and connectivity issues.
• Collaborate with architects, developers and business analysts to deliver reliable integrations.
• Support system testing, deployment and create technical documentation.
• Contribute to integration security, governance and reuse standards.

Required profile

• Significant hands‑on experience designing and delivering complex enterprise integrations.
• Strong knowledge of REST APIs, SOAP, JSON, XML and authentication methods.
• Ability to troubleshoot integrations across distributed systems and ensure data integrity.
• Excellent technical documentation and stakeholder collaboration skills.

Required skills

• ServiceNow IntegrationHub and spoke development.
• ServiceNow REST and SOAP integration implementation.
• Experience with integration platforms, middleware and enterprise service connectivity.
• Knowledge of Workflow Data Fabric.
• Understanding of integration security, data transformation and error handling.
