Senior IT Infrastructure & Cybersecurity Administrator

About the role

We are looking for a Senior IT Infrastructure & Cybersecurity Administrator to lead the design, implementation, and protection of our enterprise IT environment. The role combines deep systems and network administration expertise with hands‑on cybersecurity operations to ensure high availability and robust security.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and maintain servers, operating systems, virtualization platforms (VMware/Hyper‑V) and Microsoft 365 services.
• Administer network infrastructure including switches, routers, firewalls, VPNs and wireless networks.
• Monitor system and network performance, applying patch management and ensuring backup and disaster‑recovery readiness.
• Operate security tools, perform log analysis, investigate alerts and support incident response.
• Conduct vulnerability assessments, coordinate remediation and enforce security hardening across systems and networks.
• Oversee identity and access management, including user privileges and group policy.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of experience in IT infrastructure and network administration.
• At least 2–3 years of hands‑on cybersecurity experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Computer Engineering or related field.
• Proven ability to manage enterprise‑scale environments and security technologies.
