About the role

We are looking for a Senior Learning & Development Specialist to lead L&D initiatives across all departments at our Jeddah office. The role focuses on designing and delivering training that boosts employee performance, especially in sales enablement, ERP, and SaaS environments.

Key responsibilities

Conduct training needs analysis for every department.
Design and deliver technical, behavioral, and sales‑focused training programs.
Create structured onboarding journeys for new hires, with a focus on the sales team.
Support the sales team throughout the full sales cycle to improve effectiveness and revenue.
Identify skill gaps and drive continuous development aligned with business objectives.

Required profile

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration or a related field.
3–5 years of experience in Learning & Development or Talent Development.
Strong understanding of HR practices and employee development.
Experience working with SaaS or ERP systems.
Proficiency with HRIS platforms.
