About the role
We are looking for a Senior Learning & Development Specialist to lead L&D initiatives across all departments at our Jeddah office. The role focuses on designing and delivering training that boosts employee performance, especially in sales enablement, ERP, and SaaS environments.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct training needs analysis for every department.
- Design and deliver technical, behavioral, and sales‑focused training programs.
- Create structured onboarding journeys for new hires, with a focus on the sales team.
- Support the sales team throughout the full sales cycle to improve effectiveness and revenue.
- Identify skill gaps and drive continuous development aligned with business objectives.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in Learning & Development or Talent Development.
- Strong understanding of HR practices and employee development.
- Experience working with SaaS or ERP systems.
- Proficiency with HRIS platforms.
