About the role
Join a leading Saudi financial institution as a Senior Legal Counsel, working within a growing legal team in Riyadh. You will provide expert advice on a wide range of banking and commercial matters, supporting the bank’s operations and strategic initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Negotiate and draft contracts, corporate banking agreements, facilities, guarantees, and letters of credit.
- Provide legal guidance on commercial transactions and banking products.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and international banking standards.
- Collaborate with business units to mitigate legal risks and support deal execution.
Required profile
- 10+ years of post‑qualification experience as a lawyer.
- Strong background in financial services and banking law.
- Demonstrated experience within the GCC region.
- Knowledge of Islamic finance is highly advantageous.
