About the role

Join a leading Saudi financial institution as a Senior Legal Counsel, working within a growing legal team in Riyadh. You will provide expert advice on a wide range of banking and commercial matters, supporting the bank’s operations and strategic initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Negotiate and draft contracts, corporate banking agreements, facilities, guarantees, and letters of credit.
• Provide legal guidance on commercial transactions and banking products.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and international banking standards.
• Collaborate with business units to mitigate legal risks and support deal execution.

Required profile

• 10+ years of post‑qualification experience as a lawyer.
• Strong background in financial services and banking law.
• Demonstrated experience within the GCC region.
• Knowledge of Islamic finance is highly advantageous.
