Senior Logistics Manager – Remote (KSA)

About the role

The Senior Logistics Manager will lead all logistics activities for a large construction project, ensuring that materials, equipment, and personnel move safely and efficiently across the site. Working remotely from Saudi Arabia, you will coordinate with project teams, suppliers, and contractors to keep the site organized, compliant, and on schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Procure and manage a site‑wide logistics contractor to deliver end‑to‑end logistics services.
• Plan and monitor safe, orderly movement of labour, plant, and materials on site.
• Maintain a secure, well‑kept site and organise regular logistics coordination meetings.
• Oversee worker accommodation, develop logistics processes, induction programmes, and supply‑chain plans.
• Produce look‑ahead forecasts, movement plans and ensure logistics does not constrain the construction programme.
• Create and update site‑specific safety manuals, emergency plans and first‑aid provisions.
• Manage signage, public access roads, and security systems in line with corporate branding.
• Handle change‑management for logistics scope, permitting, cost reviews and budgeting.
• Develop detailed graphical time‑slice plans, review weekly schedules and coordinate with all stakeholders.
• Maintain a risk register, implement mitigation actions and communicate updates through regular meetings.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience in construction logistics or large‑scale site logistics management.
• Strong knowledge of health, safety and environmental regulations applicable to construction sites.
• Demonstrated ability to manage logistics contractors, permits, budgets and risk registers.
• Excellent stakeholder coordination skills across engineering, procurement and site teams.
