Senior Logistics Specialist – Riyadh

About the role

Grundfos is looking for a Senior Logistics Specialist to lead end‑to‑end logistics operations from Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. You will ensure the efficient movement of products across the Middle East and Egypt while continuously improving processes and service levels. Key responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound logistics, including shipping, warehousing and distribution across the Middle East and Egypt.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers and carriers to guarantee timely, cost‑effective deliveries.
• Monitor and optimise logistics KPIs such as on‑time delivery, freight costs and inventory accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi customs regulations, import/export requirements and Grundfos quality standards.
• Collaborate with procurement, sales and planning teams to align logistics activities with demand forecasts.
• Identify and implement continuous‑improvement initiatives to enhance supply‑chain efficiency and reduce costs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration or a related field.
• 5+ years of logistics or supply‑chain experience, preferably in the Middle East and Egypt.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi customs procedures, import/export regulations and local trade compliance.
• Detail‑oriented with strong analytical abilities and a proven track record of operational improvements.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
