Senior Low-Code/No-Code Developer

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Low‑Code/No‑Code Developer to design, develop, configure, and maintain enterprise applications, workflows, forms, portals, dashboards, and process‑automation solutions for SAIP's Intellectual Property digital transformation program.

Key responsibilities

• Develop enterprise applications using Low‑Code/No‑Code platforms such as Camunda, Microsoft Power Platform, Appian, OutSystems, Mendix, or ServiceNow App Engine.
• Design and configure business workflows, approval processes, case management, SLAs, routing, and escalations.
• Build dynamic web/mobile forms, self‑service portals, dashboards, and reporting solutions.
• Configure business rules, validation, permissions, notifications, and approval logic.
• Integrate LCNC applications with enterprise systems via REST/SOAP APIs, JSON/XML, Microsoft Graph API, API Management, or Logic Apps.
• Implement role‑based access control, audit logging, security controls, and data‑governance measures.
• Manage the application lifecycle across Development, Test, UAT, and Production environments.
• Perform testing, troubleshooting, production support, documentation, and knowledge transfer.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Architects, Integration Developers, QA, and business stakeholders in an Agile environment.

Required profile

• 5+ years hands‑on Low‑Code/No‑Code development experience.
• Strong experience with at least one platform: Camunda, Microsoft Power Platform/Power Automate/Dataverse, Appian, OutSystems, Mendix, or ServiceNow App Engine.
• Deep knowledge of workflow automation, BPMN, business rules, digital forms, and case management.
• Experience integrating applications with enterprise systems using REST/SOAP APIs, JSON/XML, Microsoft Graph API, API Management, or Logic Apps.
• Working knowledge of SQL and data modelling.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, Power Fx, HTML, and CSS.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 7+ years overall software development experience, including 5+ years in enterprise Low‑Code/No‑Code projects.
• Experience delivering enterprise or government digital‑transformation initiatives in an Agile setting.
