Senior Manager Logistics & Warehousing

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Manager to lead Logistics and Warehousing for Riyadh Air, a new world‑class airline based in Riyadh. The role oversees all warehouse and logistics activities that support aircraft maintenance and operational needs, ensuring safe, efficient and compliant handling of materials and components.

Key responsibilities

• Direct and manage all warehouse and logistics operations supporting maintenance and flight activities.
• Ensure receipt, storage, distribution and transportation of parts comply with regulatory standards and company policies.
• Oversee budget planning, cost control and financial reporting for logistics functions.
• Coordinate AOG (Aircraft on Ground) response, bonded warehouse handling and international shipping.
• Implement and maintain ERP, AMOS and warehouse management systems.

Required profile

• Legal right to live and work in Saudi Arabia.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Aviation Management or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in aviation logistics and warehouse operations.
• At least 4 years of managerial experience.
• Proven track record managing warehouse facilities in a regulated aviation environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ERP systems.
• Experience using AMOS.
• Knowledge of warehouse management software.
