Senior Manager - Residential Marketing

About the role

The Senior Residential Marketing Manager will drive Red Sea Global’s residential marketing strategy for ultra‑luxury developments, generating high‑quality leads and supporting sales conversion across the full funnel.

Key responsibilities

• Lead execution of residential marketing strategies aligned to commercial and brand objectives.
• Develop asset‑level marketing plans, positioning, and audience strategies for each development.
• Deliver integrated campaigns across digital, web, paid social, content/film, PR, influencer management, print, brochures, and eDMs.
• Partner closely with Sales to generate qualified, CRM‑driven leads and support revenue growth.
• Plan and execute high‑end events, private viewings, roundtables, and experiential activations targeting UHNW/HNW audiences.
• Collaborate with the Digital team on performance marketing, optimization, and website content strategy.
• Manage external agencies, budgets, and procurement to ensure ROI and governance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or related field.
• 8+ years of senior marketing experience, preferably in luxury real estate or premium consumer brands.
• Proven experience in CRM‑led lead generation and sales‑driven marketing.
• Demonstrated ability to engage UHNW and HNW audiences.
• Strong agency management and commercial mindset.
• Prior experience in the GCC region is strongly preferred.
