Senior Mechanical Engineer (Irrigation Background)

About the role

HanmiGlobal Saudi is looking for a Senior Mechanical Engineer to lead the mechanical engineering aspects of construction and infrastructure projects, ensuring designs meet technical specifications, safety standards, and project requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and review mechanical designs, calculations, and specifications for HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, and other systems.
• Lead on‑site mechanical installation and commissioning to ensure compliance with design and quality standards.
• Coordinate with project managers, architects, and engineers to integrate mechanical systems.
• Conduct site inspections and quality checks, resolve engineering issues, and provide technical guidance.
• Support procurement by reviewing material submittals and liaising with suppliers.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in mechanical engineering for construction or infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, and related mechanical systems.
• Familiarity with Saudi Arabian codes, standards, and regulations (preferred).
