Senior Operator – GF

Key responsibilities

• Participate and lead CIQ and NC analysis for improvement opportunities and recurring problems.
• Manage line operations in the absence of the line leader and supervisor.
• Participate in PDCA/SDCA groups focused on main KPIs.
• Operate and troubleshoot complex production equipment.
• Perform regular machine condition checks.
• Prepare materials and assemble equipment before line start‑up.
• Monitor equipment performance and adjust parameters according to standard procedures.
• Observe operations and report malfunctions to equipment operators.
• Reduce operational losses such as rework, scrap and given weight.
• Assist the Line Leader and Production Supervisor in meeting scheduling requirements.
• Fill and interpret control charts to ensure processes stay within critical control parameters.
• Participate in or initiate improvement projects.
• Follow the defined nominal capacity of the equipment.
• Comply with all food safety HACCP requirements.
• Comply with Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) requirements.
• Ensure 5S compliance in the workplace.
• Follow Good Manufacturing Practices, Food Defense and related procedures.
• Adhere to BRF Sustainability Policy and ESG commitments.
