Senior Oracle Identity Governance (OIG) Administrator

About the role

DeepSource Technologies is hiring a Senior Oracle Identity Governance (OIG) administrator in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, working on site. The role supports daily provisioning and de-provisioning, maintains 30+ application connectors, runs access certification campaigns and prepares audit evidence. At least 4 years of IAM experience with strong hands-on OIG or Oracle Identity Manager experience is required.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and support OIG, including daily provisioning and de-provisioning requests
• Monitor request workflows, resolve failed or stuck tasks and meet SLAs
• Maintain the existing 30+ application integrations and connectors
• Onboard new applications identified by the client's ISM (information security management) team
• Develop customizations and connectors where applications lack standard user management functions (via APIs, SCIM, flat file, database or custom adapters)
• Run and support user access review and certification campaigns on monthly, quarterly and annual cycles
• Troubleshoot, perform root cause analysis and apply patches or configuration changes
• Prepare documentation, runbooks and audit evidence for compliance
• Coordinate with the client ISM team, application owners and infrastructure teams
• Generate reports and track access logs to meet regulatory security standards

Required profile

• At least 4 years in IAM, with strong hands-on OIG (or Oracle Identity Manager) experience
• Knowledge of Oracle Identity Manager connectors and connector development (REST/SOAP, SCIM, JDBC, LDAP, flat file)
• Knowledge of OIG components: request management, approval workflows, reconciliation, role and entitlement management, certifications
• Scripting in Python or shell
• Strong troubleshooting, communication and client-facing skills
• Understanding of ISO 27001, SOX or similar audit requirements, authentication and authorization protocols, and basic Oracle Database architecture

Required skills

• Java, SQL and PL/SQL
• Oracle Identity Manager and Oracle Identity Governance
• Oracle WebLogic, Oracle Access Manager and Oracle Unified Directory are a plus
• An Oracle IAM certification is a plus
