Senior Planner IV – Turnaround Maintenance (TAM)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Planner (IV) to lead Turnaround Maintenance (TAM) planning for our Jubail facility. You will coordinate major maintenance activities, manage scope, budgets and schedules, and ensure successful execution and close‑out of each turnaround.

Key responsibilities

• Extract TAM priority work orders from SAP, compile and share work lists with the core team.
• Develop, approve and adjust the scope of work, preparing detailed contractor packages.
• Create and route job packages for review and approval.
• Use Primavera P6 to build and monitor pre‑TAM and execution schedules, including de‑commissioning and commissioning.
• Conduct schedule review meetings, publish final schedules at least four months before execution, and issue look‑ahead schedules.
• Track KPIs, monitor P‑P duration compliance and report deviations monthly.
• Provide daily status reports, lead shift‑based meetings and recommend corrective actions.
• Ensure proper TAM close‑out, TECO confirmation, feedback archiving and material returns.
• Arrange refurbishment of spare components and schedule post‑commissioning critique meetings.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial maintenance planning.
• Strong safety awareness and teamwork orientation.

Required skills

• SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) with working knowledge of SAP Materials Management (MM) and Project System (PS).
• Primavera P6 for project planning and scheduling.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
