Senior Principal / Principal Technology Strategy

About the role

Publicis Sapient is looking for a Senior Principal or Principal within its Management Consulting capability to join the Technology Strategy & Advisory practice. The role focuses on shaping goal-oriented digital business transformations for clients and delivering strategic advice in the early stages, working in multidisciplinary teams of business, experience and data strategists.

Key responsibilities

• Lead teams to deliver value-accretive technology strategy and transformation
• Support recruiting, define ways of working and contribute thought leadership to build the consulting team
• Develop technology strategy-related product offerings, proposals and new business
• Manage the team to produce quality client recommendations
• Build trusted relationships with clients based on credibility and active listening
• Shape and scope top-down digital business transformation roadmaps

Required profile

• 10+ years of strategy and/or technology consulting experience in a global consulting firm
• Prior experience with large-scale corporate strategy transformations
• Experience with product mindset and Agile ways of working
• Understanding of consumer-focused technology: interactive, marketing, commerce, loyalty, personalization, transactional, integration/API, cloud and data
• Ability to interpret and create technology artifacts, business context diagrams, system architecture diagrams, data flow diagrams, data dictionaries and database structure diagrams
• Ability to navigate a large organization and persuade through content and confidence
• Experience with IT transformation, including modern operating models and organization structures
• Experience designing and facilitating client workshops

Nice to have

• Experience in public services, retail, financial services or healthcare
• Certifications in Agile, SAFe or other methodologies
• Knowledge of emerging technologies such as AI, cloud and data analytics
• Thought leadership through publications, speaking or industry recognition
