Senior Principal - Product Management

About the role

Elm Company is seeking a Senior Principal to lead product management for its Logistics and Air Services division. The role focuses on shaping product direction, enhancing governance, and driving performance to meet customer needs and business priorities.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and refine product strategy and roadmap for logistics and air services, aligning with market demands and corporate objectives.
• Evaluate and prioritize product initiatives, enhancement requests, and roadmap items based on value, risk, and feasibility.
• Review and validate high‑level product requirements, ensuring alignment with user experience, operational needs, and technical feasibility.
• Define and improve product governance practices, documentation standards, and lifecycle processes.
• Maintain visibility of product dependencies, decisions, and trade‑offs across stakeholders.
• Collaborate with internal partners and external stakeholders to ensure product alignment and successful delivery.

Required profile

• At least 6 years of product management experience, preferably in logistics, transportation or related services.
• Proven ability to lead product strategy, prioritize initiatives and influence cross‑functional teams.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience assessing product performance and value drivers.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to manage stakeholder expectations.
