Senior Project Management Roles for Infrastructure Project

About the role

Assystem is seeking senior leaders for a major infrastructure project in Riyadh. The positions cover project management, health‑safety‑environment, procurement, risk and stakeholder engagement for large‑scale, high‑value infrastructure works.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of infrastructure, building and utilities components, ensuring schedules, budgets and resources are aligned with project objectives.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, risk registers and governance frameworks, and report performance against KPIs.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams, external contractors, utility providers and regulatory agencies to guarantee compliance and seamless execution.
• Implement HSE policies, conduct safety audits, and manage incident investigations across all sites.
• Negotiate contracts, oversee procurement activities and manage stakeholder communications and public consultations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management or a related discipline.
• Minimum 15 years of progressive experience in infrastructure or construction project management (18 years for Risk Manager).
• Professional project‑management certification such as PMP or PRINCE2.
• Proven ability to manage budgets exceeding $50 million and multi‑disciplinary teams.

• Health, safety and environmental standards (e.g., NEBOSH).
