Senior Project Manager

About the role

Hams.AI is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead enterprise AI implementation projects from kickoff through go‑live. You will partner closely with clients to define objectives, shape scope, and ensure delivery aligns with business expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Translate approved scope into detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, and ownership matrices.
• Manage client communications, governance, status reporting, and expectation setting.
• Collaborate with business analysts to clarify requirements, workflows, use cases, business rules, and acceptance criteria.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams—including engineering, AI, VoIP, infrastructure, QA, product, and leadership—to drive delivery.
• Identify and mitigate risks, blockers, scope gaps, and dependency issues early in the project lifecycle.
• Handle change requests, timeline impacts, and client approvals in a structured manner.
• Support UAT planning, issue tracking, client validation, go‑live readiness, and final acceptance.
• Maintain project trackers, decision logs, risk logs, action items, and comprehensive reporting.

Required profile

• Saudi citizen with at least five years of experience in project management, digital transformation, SaaS, AI solutions, telecom, contact‑center, or enterprise software implementations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
