Senior Quantity Surveyor for NEOM Project

About the role

Jacobs is looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to support the NEOM development in Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on the financial and contractual management of multiple work packages, ensuring accurate measurement, valuation and reporting throughout the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in financial and contractual aspects of multiple work packages.
• Participate in, record, and prepare minutes of progress meetings.
• Finalize monthly payment certificates for contractors with QS assistance.
• Maintain streamlined cost and quantity records.
• Advise on measurement procedures, unit rates and interim/final quantities.
• Monitor day‑work recording, contractor resource allocations and expenditure.
• Prepare monthly financial statements and audit contractor payments.
• Ensure timely submission and completeness of valuations and measurements.
• Coordinate team activities and compile the final account with supporting documentation.

Required profile

• Chartered status preferred.
• 10+ years post‑graduate experience in quantity surveying.
• 5+ years in infrastructure projects and at least 3 years working in the Middle East.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with company and project procedures.
• Ability to work with construction contract documents, engineering drawings and specifications.
• Qualified to lead a QS team.
• Self‑motivated, driven and proficient in English.
