Senior Salesforce Developer

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Salesforce Developer to join our Salesforce delivery team and support the development, enhancement, and maintenance of enterprise Salesforce solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, and maintain Salesforce functionality.
• Build solutions using Apex, Lightning Components, and Salesforce Flows.
• Develop enhancements, workflows, automations, and custom Salesforce features.
• Support Salesforce administration, configuration changes, and incident resolution.
• Perform troubleshooting, root‑cause analysis, and application improvements.
• Develop and support Salesforce APIs, integrations, and data flows.
• Support Salesforce releases, deployments, testing, and technical documentation.

Required profile

• 5+ years of hands‑on Salesforce development experience.
• Strong experience with Apex, Lightning, and Salesforce Flows.
• Deep understanding of Salesforce configuration, objects, schemas, and data models.
• Experience with Salesforce APIs and third‑party integrations.
• Experience supporting enterprise Salesforce environments and release processes.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote international team.
