Senior Team Lead - Global People Services (Employee Life Cycle)

About the role

The Senior Team Lead will head the Employee Life Cycle team within Global People Services (GPS) for the Middle East region. You will be accountable for delivering high‑quality HR operational support while continuously improving the employee experience.

Key responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction and day‑to‑day leadership to a high‑performance team.
• Oversee creation and regular updates of HR policies, SOPs and guidelines.
• Act as subject‑matter expert on HR operations and policy interpretation.
• Drive process, system and communication improvements to boost performance.
• Ensure timely, professional HR advisory services to employees, managers and HR Business Partners.
• Monitor SLAs and KPIs, initiating reviews or revisions as needed.
• Lead optimisation of HR processes using Carrier Excellence tools and methodologies.
• Leverage case management systems and other digital tools to enhance productivity.
• Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders across all levels.
• Manage resolution of complex HR cases and requests.
• Develop talent pipeline, promote engagement and share best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• 10+ years of relevant HR experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Shared Service Center experience preferred.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
