Senior Technical Adoption Manager

About the role

As a Senior Technical Adoption Manager you will help customers unlock the full value of VMware by Broadcom technologies. You will act as a trusted advisor, guiding organizations through adoption, deployment, and optimization of VMware solutions to achieve their business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Engage daily with assigned customers to understand their technical and business goals.
• Develop and maintain deep expertise in a specific VMware solution area.
• Create and execute structured engagement plans that bridge gaps between current state and desired outcomes.
• Provide best‑practice guidance, accelerate deployments, and drive rapid adoption of VMware technologies.
• Educate customers on emerging VMware solutions and align their roadmaps with product innovations.
• Achieve and maintain VCP certification if not already certified.
• Present progress and achievements using internal tools and deliverables.
• Lead project coordination and architectural guidance for major VMware initiatives.
• Advocate for customers within VMware, ensuring their needs are represented.

Required profile

• Proven experience in technical account management or a similar customer‑facing technical role.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage own schedule and priorities to meet customer objectives.
• Passion for technology adoption and continuous learning.

Required skills

• In‑depth knowledge of VMware technologies.
• Experience with VMware by Broadcom products.
• VMware Certified Professional (VCP) certification or willingness to obtain it.
