Senior Technical Manager – Luxury Hospitality Projects

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Technical Manager to lead the technical delivery of large‑scale luxury leisure and hospitality developments. The role combines deep expertise in architecture and interior design with strong knowledge of MEP and structural systems.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage all technical aspects of high‑end hotels, resorts and mixed‑use complexes.
• Coordinate architecture, interior design, MEP and structural disciplines to ensure seamless integration and constructability.
• Review and approve drawings, drive design coordination meetings and ensure compliance with codes, standards and brand requirements.
• Support projects from concept through handover, identify risks and implement mitigation strategies, and monitor site progress.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture, Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in technical/project management of large‑scale luxury hospitality or leisure projects.
• Proven leadership, stakeholder management and ability to handle multiple high‑value projects.

Required skills

• Architecture design and interior design expertise.
• Strong working knowledge of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) systems.
• Structural systems coordination.
• Technical coordination, problem‑solving and quality control.
