Senior Training/Vendor Coordinator

About the role

Worley Parsons is seeking a Senior Training/Vendor Coordinator to lead training initiatives and vendor management during the construction phase of major EPCM projects in Saudi Arabia. The role bridges project teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure safe, compliant, and efficient project delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the Construction Phase Training Plan aligned with client and project requirements.
• Coordinate onboarding, orientation, and certification for EPCM staff, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Organise site‑specific training such as HSE inductions, equipment operation, permit‑to‑work, and emergency response.
• Maintain a comprehensive training matrix and accurate training records.
• Serve as the primary interface between the project team and vendors, managing mobilisation, logistics, compliance documentation, and site access.
• Monitor vendor activities on‑site to ensure scope alignment, safety compliance, and schedule adherence.
• Provide regular reports on training progress, vendor performance, and regulatory compliance to project leadership.

Required profile

• Relevant educational qualification in engineering, construction management or a related field.
• Proven experience in training coordination and vendor management on EPCM or large‑scale industrial construction projects, preferably in mining, phosphate or chemical sectors.
• Strong knowledge of construction HSE practices, regulatory compliance and EPCM processes.
