Service Engineer – Patient Monitoring & Life Support

About the role

Mindray is seeking a Service Engineer to lead service management and technical support for patient monitoring and life‑support equipment across Saudi Arabia. The role involves close collaboration with local distributors and the headquarters to ensure high‑quality service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical support and service management for patient monitoring, life‑support, anesthesia, ventilation and related hospital IT systems.
• Guide distributors on service team management, workflow optimisation and compliance with headquarters’ standards.
• Deliver training to distributor service teams and continuously improve service quality.
• Collect competitor service information and end‑user feedback for ongoing improvement.
• Establish and maintain local operation platforms such as call centres, spare‑part inventory systems and customer‑care programs.
• Organise value‑added service activities to enhance Mindray’s market image.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (bio‑engineering/biomedical) or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of customer‑service experience in the medical industry, preferably with patient‑monitoring or life‑support equipment.
• Strong troubleshooting, repair and calibration skills for medical devices.
• Excellent coaching, leadership and communication abilities.
• Willingness to travel frequently across local cities and occasionally to other African countries.
