Service Finance Administrator

About the role

The Service Finance Administrator will support the Service and Bodyshop departments by handling day‑to‑day financial and administrative tasks. This role ensures that all service transactions are accurately recorded, invoiced, and processed in a timely manner while providing reliable reporting and coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and process service and bodyshop invoices accurately and on schedule.
• Review repair orders and supporting documents to capture all required charges before invoicing.
• Assist with customer, insurance, and warranty‑related invoicing.
• Follow up on outstanding invoices and coordinate payment status with internal teams.
• Support the preparation and submission of insurance claims and billing documents.
• Maintain accurate records of invoices, payments, credit notes, and related documentation.
• Assist with reconciling service transactions and identifying discrepancies.
• Coordinate with Service Advisors, Bodyshop teams, Finance, and insurance companies to resolve billing issues.
• Prepare basic reports on invoicing, collections, and outstanding balances.
• Provide data‑entry and administrative support to the Finance team.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in finance administration, billing, or accounts receivable.
• Previous exposure to automotive, service, bodyshop, or insurance environments is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail, good communication skills, and ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
• Proficient English communication skills.
